Topolo for Creative agencies

One client brand. A clearer creative process.

Keep approved identity, voice and assets together in Topolo Brand. Use Design for creative work and Compose for the words that go with it, so the brief has a consistent foundation from the first draft to review.

The work behind the workflow

The latest logo is only one part of the brief.

An agency needs more than a folder of assets: which palette is approved, what the client sounds like, which claims are allowed, and what changed since the last round. When that guidance is scattered, people interpret the brand differently. A versioned brand kit gives the team a specific reference to work from, with a deliberate publication step when the guidance changes.

How it works

Give the team a brand they can work from.

Keep brand guidance, creative production and review as clear stages, with a focused app for each.

Establish the approved reference

Build the brand kit with identity, voice, visual rules, claims and reusable asset references. Validate the draft before publishing its brand version.

Create for the right channel

Use Design for brand-governed creative outputs and Compose for supporting documents. Keep the client’s approved assets and language close to the work.

Review the work before release

Use the relevant review and publication controls to check the output. A saved draft is a working copy; publishing is a separate decision.

The suite

The apps around your workflow.

Start with the app that solves the immediate problem. Bring in the others when the work needs them, with access governed by each app and workspace.

Before you get started.

Useful questions for choosing the right starting point.

What belongs in a brand kit?

Identity, voice, visual presentation, claims, communications guidance and reusable asset references. The kit holds versions, so a published snapshot can remain a stable reference while a new draft is prepared.

Does updating the draft replace the published brand?

No. Saving a draft and publishing a version are separate steps. Published brand versions are immutable; a new approved publication selects a new current version.

Can we use the kit with other Topolo apps?

Brand connections let eligible consumers resolve a published brand version. Check the chosen consumer’s supported fields and access before using the connection for client delivery.
