The work behind the workflow

“Final” is a decision, not a filename.

A revised brief arrives after the first draft. Comments are spread across messages. A reviewer is looking at an older copy. The writing gets harder to manage when the document’s history and the review decision are separate from the text. Keep them close to the work, so the team knows which draft is being discussed and who needs to decide.

How it works

A clearer route from source material to sign-off.

Write and revise in a document workflow with explicit history and review.

Start from the material you have

Create a document from supplied markdown, or generate a first draft from a brief and source material. Review generated wording for facts, tone and accuracy.

Save the versions that matter

Save a manual version before a significant edit. Preview a suggested revision before accepting it, and keep the earlier text available when the brief changes.

Ask the right person to decide

Request a review from a named reviewer and record the approve or reject decision. Keep the decision distinct from an informal comment or an edited status label.

The suite

The apps around your workflow.

Start with the app that solves the immediate problem. Bring in the others when the work needs them, with access governed by each app and workspace.

Before you get started.

Useful questions for choosing the right starting point.

Do we have to use AI to write?

No. You can create a document from supplied markdown and edit it manually. Generation and revision assistance are available when you choose to use them.

Does every manual edit create a saved version?

No. Save a manual version before an important edit when you want that checkpoint retained. Version restoration preserves the pre-restore text and returns approval metadata to draft.

How does sign-off work?

A review request creates a pending review. The assigned reviewer can complete its decision. That decision is distinct from document metadata and does not constitute a legal signature.
